there’s still hope for our generation

All these kids are great, but that Asian girl had such a good point. Girls want to “get back” at guys for expressing them as objects by expressing guys as objects but that isn’t fixing anything!!!! and in turn they still make themselves objectified in the process….it’s ridiculous.

While I completely agree with that one girl who said we were objectifying men as a means to get back..I feel like a lot of the comments were ridiculous. “I’m not really with the message. There’s other ways to promote you being an active girl in society than being a hoe.” Excuse me for a moment..but I’m pretty sure there are a ton of songs where men sing about the same damn thing but no one is bitching that they’re being a hoe or that they could be singing about something else. But when a woman (or three in this case) sing about being sexually freed and not feeding into the patriarchal label of a woman being non-sexual, all of a sudden it’s a big deal. If they want to sing about sleeping with guys, than they can. No one is stopping men from doing the same thing. And if it’s a matter of little kids hearing it..well..they’re hearing these guys sing about the same thing. And maybe you should be looking at parents and telling them to regulate what they’re kid listen to. God damnit.
